We can drill cereals, OSR and beans either straight into stubbles (or grass ley) or a cultivated seed bed. The Claydon strip seeding direct drill is a proven system for establishing all crops. The leading tine removes compaction and creates drainage, followed by a seeding tine which creates further tilth and precisely places seed in a band. We farm on heavy clay and the results have been fantastic with a significant cost saving compared to our old system. We welcome you to visit to our farm to see our crops in the field.
