Grassland Direct Drilling

Our Erth 3m grassland direct drill is the ideal bit of kit for rejuvenation of old pastures or meadows or for a fresh start of new seeds. With a spacing of only 90mm it is ideal for grassland but can also be used for arable crops with spacing modified to suit. Minimal mess is made when drilling even into existing swards making sure no damage is done in the process of drilling. There is also a secondary hopper fitted on this drill allowing fertiliser to be put in the slot with the seed. Another option for the secondary hopper is to spread small seeds such as clover behind the drill on the surface or slug pellets if wanted.
